National Pro-Life Rally
On Saturday, January 25th. at 12:00 noon, St.
Mary’s will be participating in a national pro-life
public square rally. Weather permitting the rally
will be held outdoors, where we will be seen
and therefore be more effective. However, if it
is too cold or snowy we will pray the rosary
inside the church. This rally is necessary
because even though Roe v. Wade has been
overturned the scourge of abortion still
continues in our country. Each state can now
decide whether or not to outlaw it ,so there is
still a need for us to implore the Blessed
Mother to change the hearts of our people so
that they abolish this evil. Unfortunately New
Jersey is still a pro-abortion state. If enough of
us turn out perhaps our Lady will hear our
prayer and innocent babies will no longer be
killed before they have a chance to experience
life. Public prayer brings results!
